We broke ground on the new office building to appear on 910 Westmoreland. The 10,000 square foot office building will be a Class-A space conveniently located next to U.S. Route 24. We’re honored to be the general contractor chosen for this project.
Why it matters to the community
The $2 million investment is “[One] more small way to help grow the community.” reported Lankenau Properties. Goodville Mutual Insurance, Co. plans to rent 7,500 square feet of space, leaving 2,500 square feet open for another business. It will give Goodville Mutual Insurance room to grow as they move from their current office located next to the construction site. That location will be open for new businesses.
